Payment for Services
Our policy is to receive payment at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We provide a claim form for patients to send to their insurance carrier for possible reimbursement from plans with out-of-network coverage. We are not in-network with any insurance plans. We do not bill Medicare, and Medicare will not provide reimbursement to patients, because we have chosen to "opt-out" of the Medicare program.
