Payment for Services Our policy is to receive payment at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We provide a claim form for patients to send to their insurance carrier for possible reimbursement from plans with out-of-network coverage. We are not in-network with any insurance plans. We do not bill Medicare, and Medicare will not provide reimbursement to patients, because we have chosen to "opt-out" of the Medicare program.
Important note: We require all messages to be brief and concise. Generally, we monitor emails Monday through Friday, noon to 3 PM. We do everything possible to respond within 48 hours. The use of email to communicate with your doctor is not meant for serious/urgent problems or emergencies. If your problem is urgent or could be an emergency, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911. If you need medical attention but are not in an emergency situation, contact your Primary Care Physician.
